I'll give you eight because it was well animated and well voiced, and it had me laughing. But the actual joke of death by poontah is an old one, ive heard simialr jokes few times before under different names, like in the league of gentlemen brian tells a joke that involved death by mowmow.
But it was a good telling of the joke.
ok, it was animated ok i guess. but too be honest im guessing you haven't taken drugs (not saying that you should), because clicking on the drugs didn't really show there effects. just some kind of trippy image, which didn't really alter for the different drugs, and those 4 drugs have very different effects.
dont know what the being perfect thing was about, and why clicking the hammer just makes a shouting noise.
i'll give you 2 because as i say the animation wasn't bad, and as you say the idea was conceived in 30 seconds. mabey in future try putting a bit more time and effort into it and you might get something that is realtively decent.
it was ok.
some of them were really good, i especially enjoyed the few that had the felt pen look to them. unfortunaly most of them were generally just people dancing, it would have been nice to see some more varied ideas.
a play all button would have been nice, it was a bit of a hassle having to go back to the menue for each section, but thats just me being picky.
it was all well animated tho and it was interesting to watch.
very good, not sure of originality
they games is very well made, sounds good and looks good. however im sure i played a similar game to this, and quite a few of the levels in that one were exactly the same as in this. could have been an earlier version of this, but im not sure.
tad basic i must admit. and i think you could spend a little more time designing your levels though, since the whole leap of faith got overused. over all quite fun though and kept me entertained.
i may also add that i finished the game with only 73 deaths. so people complaining about having 200+ deaths just simply can't be that good at it.
good fun and certainly one of the most infuriating games ive played for a while.
one thing i did notice, a few levels ccould be beat without having to do everything that you had laid out for us. for example the level with the water, ice block and swinging platform didn't need the block of platform to beat it.
would be nice if there was a quick dump button that would place the blocks back in that you used last time in blue print format, then all you would need to do is double click them, as some levels were a real ball ache having to replace blocks every time i died.
good. but needs more..
wasn't bad. it could be made into a better loop, but ultimately i think you could work the 2 ideas you have here into something much bigger and better.if you used these 2 sections with some better drum beats, and some nice thick bass lines you could have a real winner on your hands.
as it is now, youve cut it a little short for it loop properly. and it generally feels empty. but the first section would make a very good loop for a game.
keep it up
I've been hearing that. And I agree. Both melodies were nice, and could use separate development. Thank you for the review.
enjoyed this, not really my style but i enjoyed it none the less.
the chord progessions you used were nice and fluid, and gave the piece a relaxing feel. and the beeps and plucks carried a nice fluid melodic line that didn't hog too much attention.
The alteration of the hi-hats worked well and stopped the piece from getting tiresome, also the glitches used were fatastic and not over used.
The break downs were well done.
The bass line is a little static, would have been nice to have heard some variation in those parts, but the other parts had plenty of variation so its not a bit issue.
And personally i found the samples in some sections to get a little irritating, mainly where there repating the higher notes such as 00:24 - 00:47
other than that a well recorded and well produced piece.
haha really enjoyed it, great instrumentation, and brilliant use of counterpoint. reminds me a lot of the cantina band music from starwars.
The piece is very fluid and moves a long nicely. doesnt get tiresome either. and yeah your right to be proud of the piano solo, it works well.
as has been said before th instruments dont sound very realistic, but honestly i dont think thats really a problem.
keep up the good work

Thanks alot for the quick response!
Lol, I guess it does kind of sound like it, I hadn't really noticed until now!
Thanks for the praise, You've pinpointed the good elements of the song, so I'll be able to move forward with these!
immediatly set this as my background the moment i saw it.
i love it, and to be fair i know this doesn't reflect the actions of reagan, as a few have pointed out, but if it had of been bush or someother wrong minded politian i dont think it would have been as good, as it would have felt like a bit of a cliche you know.
im not sure what it is...
...but i like it. it seems like the sort of thing i would like to have framed, and hung up on my wall.
i enjoy the use of colour and the way that the bright colours contrast with the dark colours.
i fact im finding quite fun seeing what images i ca see within the picture.
